A small site in the middle of old court building parking, it was built in the memory of Mohsin Badruddin Tayyabji. He was an Indian lawyer, activist and politician during British Raj; and was the first Indian to practice as a barrister of the High Court of Bombay.He was also the founding member and first Muslim president of Indian National Congress.
